Sarah's Incredible 28 Day Transformation (and beyond)


How to change your daily habits and improve your quality of life?

Sarah has mainly benefited from the meal plan and food education session she was given as now she has learnt what mistakes she was making with her nutrition in the past and she now knows what she should be eating day to day.

Because of the 28 day challenge she has continued with MPT and at her last weigh-in she has lost a total of 11.1kgs and 10.3% body fat in the last 4 months! Her visceral organ fat has also dramatically lowered from an original 18 to a much healthier 11.
