Personal Training

This is our ultimate program. Our one on one sessions are programmed to suit individual needs and our highly skilled trainers will ensure you receive 100% attention for the entire session. Sessions will be tailored dependant on your goals and needs; it is here where we make all your fitness dreams a reality. Having trained thousands of people, we know how to get the best results in the most efficient and effective time frame.

We have helped change the lives of thousands of people; from athletes and fitness models, teens, mums and dads and even grandparents. Wherever you are currently at with your health and fitness, we can help you.

All personal training packages include:

  • Measurements, weight and body-fat assessments (then re-calculated every 4-6 weeks)
  • Individualised training plan for the entire week (even if you only see us once or twice a week)
  • Nutrition and food manual with recipe guide
  • Discounted nutritional coaching either via meal plans or calorie counting
  • Personal coach, but also access to all our other MPT trainers
  • Access to our members only Facebook page
  • Training sessions are 45 minutes- will be 100% individualised to suit your needs and goals. Can work around injuries and previous experience. Will help with improvements in strength and range of movement (ROM). Change your body shape; decrease body fat and gain lean muscle
