Each week you’ll receive all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.

  • Initial goals assessment, with personalised calories calculated, with updates at the 4 week mark.
  • Access to the APP including 9 weekly workouts you can do from within the gym or at home (workouts include; strength sessions, abs/core, HIIT, boxing, flow/stretch)
  • The APP is also inclusive of over 100 recipes, with macro breakdowns
  • Weekly released nutrition, training and mindset tips, in short video form and also article form
  • Weekly education workshop (all things - mindset, training, nutrition, binge eating...) *can watch it live or on the replay
