You’ll complete one 60-minute coached resistance training session with me each week, designed to maximise fat loss while building strength and muscle. These sessions focus on progressive training that improves metabolism, strength and overall fitness. There is also the option of programming for sessions away from MPT if you train exterior to the club. I recommend at least 2 x resistance sessions exterior to the 60-minute session per week for maximal results.
Prior to the program starting you will be required to complete a blood test that will give us a clear understanding of where your health truly is and help assist us in both goal setting and nutritional and lifestyle changes that may be necessary. I will review and interpret your blood test results, and use this information to guide the nutrition plan and daily lifestyle choices I prescribe, with the aim of improving both your overall health and key internal health markers.
Your nutrition will be fully structured. I will calculate your personalised calories and macros based on your body, goals, and starting point. Throughout the 12 weeks I’ll tweak and adjust these numbers when needed to keep your progress moving and make sure you’re getting the best possible results.
To track real progress, we’ll use InBody scans during the program so we can measure changes in body fat, muscle mass, and overall body composition.
Alongside training and nutrition, I’ll also set daily step targets and provide structured programming to ensure your overall activity levels support fat loss without burning you out.
