What brought you to MPT?
A friend and I heard about MPT through a friend and knowing that i needed to lose weight to help me recover from injury, she asked if i would the 28 day challenge. I said yes and the journey began.
What were you hoping to achieve?
My three biggest goals were weight loss, mobility and a healthier mindset.
What was your biggest fear when joining?
I was really worried about not being able to keep up with or complete a class. I was also worried about letting myself, my friend/training partner Jana and the trainers down.
What were your first few weeks like?
Tough; I struggled with some basic mobility partly due to injury but mainly because i had whacked on so much weight.
What have you achieved with us?
Aside from weight loss, increased strength and stamina and greater mobility i think confidence and knowing that I can rise up to the challenge of changing myself as a person.
What has your training experience been like?
It has been amazing; very supportive and positive training environment. The trainers push you but they make it enjoyable, you leave each session feeling that little bit better about yourself.
What do you enjoy the most?
All of it.
What do we do to get the most out of you?
Continuous positivity and energy from the trainers helps but i think it is the way you engage with us, you join our journey and show a genuine interest.
What are the best things about MPT?
The trainers, the flexibility, the training environment and the people. Thanks again to the whole team for always striving to help us all to be a better version of ourselves.
